Let us create a menu for your special event. No event is too big or too small!  We use only the standard hotel size pan that fits in chafing dishes 

The small feed approximate 8-10 persons • The large feed approximate 16-20 persons

APPETIZERS 

Antipasto 

A classic beginning to a delicious meal. Beautifully arranged on platter with salami, soppressata, Prosciutto di Parma, marinated artichokes, roasted peppers, sundried toma-toes, fresh tomatoes, marinated mushrooms, olives and combina-tion of different Italian cheeses.

Meatballs Italian Style 

Beef veal and pork mix with fresh Italian bread crumb, eggs, pars-ley, garlic, Parmigiano and Romano cheese, sautéed in olive oil. Served in our tomato sauce.

Meatballs and Sausage Marsala 

Our famous meatball and Italian mild sausage are cooked and served in a Marsala wine and mushrooms sauce.

Eggplant Rolatini 

Served as hot antipasto or as side dish. Rolled layers of eggplant and filled with ricotta and mozzarella cheese and Italian herbs, baked to `perfection, served in our famous tomato sauce and topped with fresh mozzarella cheese

Main Course 

Chicken Francese 

Tangy and tender...When chicken breast are truly fork-tender, you know you're in for a treat. We pamper our all natural chicken breasts dipping them lightly in flour, then egg, before gently sautéing them to a beautiful golden color in lemon sauce. It has the perfect amount of tang.

Chicken Cacciatore 

This is the way we love to eat most nights of the week...simple, honest country food cooked to perfection. Chicken caccia-tore is a hunters style dish. It is designed to be hearty, simple and nourishing. We cook our chicken breast (boneless) with mushrooms in a thick, lustrous tomato sauce.

Chicken Marsala 

This chicken delightful is made in Sicily, Italy. Marinated in dry Marsala wine, with olive oil, sautéed onions and those delicious mushrooms makes real something to munch about.

Sausage and Peppers 

Our savory fresh homemade Italian Sausage with fennels, grilled to perfection and fresh green and red bell peppers served with our famous tomato sauce or just garlic and oil. Makes a wonderful appetizer or side dish.

Seafood Orecchiette 

Large shrimp, calamari, scungilli, clams and mussels over orec-chiette (hear shape) pasta, serve in our light chunky tomato or white wine sauce.

Garden Salad 

lettuce, shredded carrots, red onions, fresh tomato, olives and sliced cucumber, in our house vinaigrette dressing.

Neptune Salad 

This zesty seafood salad has a fresh-from-sea feel, its brim-ming with baby calamari (squid), scungilli (conch), mussels and jumbo white shrimps size U12 these tender, sweet-meat shell-fish are all mild tasting and so firm-textured that they practically crunch when you chew them, and all cooked at perfection. They are tossed in a lemon dressing with red onions, celery and red roasted peppers.

Mozzarella Caprese 

Use as antipasto, light luncheon or side dish. Ripe tomatoes, Basil leaves, fresh made mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes and black Kalamata olives. Drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Pasta 

Meat Lasagna 

A hearty, one-dish meal that leaves everyone feeling warm and well-nourished. This is elegant enough to serve at fancy dinner parties. Made with 100% ground beef, ricotta cheese topped with mozzarella and Anacapri tomato sauce.

Seafood Lasagna 

Everyone loves this lasagna. Its so popular because its filled with large meaty shrimps, crab meat and scallops in a pink creamy to-mato sauce and melted mozzarella. Has every bit of the irresistible ooziness and satisfying flavor of a traditional lasagna.

Anacapri Lasagna 

An irresistibly light treat. We created this dish as a light version of Lasagna. Its made with pasta diced chicken breast, broccoli, carrots, peas, mushrooms, and a pink light cream tomatoes sauce, that are layered with grated Parmigiano and melted mozzarella cheese.

Penne pasta served with our own famous tomato sauce.

Baked Ziti 

As you pull this out of the oven with the cheese bubbling and the pasta tips browned to perfection, you know you're in for a warm, deli-cious dinning experience. This Italian casserole includes a naturally sweetened tomato sauce, ricotta and grated mozzarella cheeses.

Fiocchi di Pera 

Daffodils on your plate, perhaps? These frilly beggarâ€â„¢s purses of delicate fresh pasta envelop a filling of fresh pear and four cheeses: robiola, grana padano, ricotta and taleggio. Called fiocchi, *fee o key* they are cooked and served in a Gorgonzola creamy sauce.

Round Pasta with sautéed onions, Prosciutto bits in a pink cream tomato sauce and fresh basil.

Pasta with aroma to die for. Nothing could be easier or more deli-cious than our penne arrabiata. We nestle them in our pink spicy tomato sauce. (we make mild also).

The most exquisite Parmigiana ever...Like mamma made it layers of thinly sliced eggplant with ricotta and Parmigiano cheese, tomato sauce and topped with melted mozzarella.

When you invite us to cater your event, we bring more than good food and service to the party. We bring tradition and experience to the table. 

Chafing-dish are rented per day $15 each
(fuel sold separated $2. each for 2 hours) 

$50.00 Deposit required per chafing dish, will refunded once you have returned the item. 

Renter takes full responsibility for proper set up. The renter agrees that Anacapri holds no liability for any damage or injury caused by the use of rental items to renter or any third party. 

The renter assumes all risk of personal property damage or personal in-jury and if any accident involving Anacapri's rental items has occurred while it is in renter's possession, renter shall make Anacapri aware by written statement of details of occurrence of event including police re-port and names and addresses of witnesses. 

All chaffing dish must be returned wiped free of food and replaced in the same containers as pick up. A $10 fee will be charged if items are not left in this condition. Responsibility for equipment remains with the lessor from the time of pick up to the time return buy customer. Please be sure equipment is se-cured when not in use and protected from the weather. We DO charge for missing, broken, or damaged items. Please take care of rented items, as you would care for your own personal items. Thank You!
