We live in Knoxville, Tennessee and visited friends in 2010 who live near your restaurant. We ate dinner with you one evening and I had your Dentice alla Francese. It is one of the most delicious seafood entrees I've ever eaten. Although we go to Destin each May this was our only visit to your area ever and given the long distance between us it will likely be many more years till we make a return. I cannot find another restaurant near us serving this dish and cannot find a recipe online. I'm 66 years old, am not in any way linked to the food/ restaurant business, don't know anyone who is and don't plan to come out of retirement to do that! I'm hoping you can divulge at least the basics of how to make Dentice alla Francese so my wife and I can enjoy it in our home..

Oh what memories! I grew up with this tradition and always looked forward to it all year. Fried shrimp, scampi shrimp, Calamari, baby clams and linguini, mountains crab legs (every try snow crab that was cooked in italian pasta sauce?.. wow! ) stuffed fillets of sole.... The only part that was no fun was all the preparation and cleaning after. I think Anacapri just solved that problem! See you on the 24th Joe! =)
